Qualifications
- CASA/TD or banking-related experience is required; work experience relating to end-to-end financial transactions is also acceptable.
- Past experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly favorable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 3 years in a Lead or Senior Business Analyst role.
- Strong experience in:
- Business requirements gathering and documentation
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Banking systems and financial services processes
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
- Experience working on digital transformation or core banking projects is an advantage.
