JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and monitoring the financial activities of assigned construction projects. This role ensures accurate project costing, billing, budget tracking, and financial reporting to support project managers and company management in maintaining financial control.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or any-related course
- Preferably with work experience in construction
- Knowledgeable in project costing, budgeting, financial reporting and Philippine Tax regulations & compliance
- Proficient in various software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting System)
- Self- starter, detail oriented, highly organized, pro-active and a team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- CPA is an advantage.
