Job Description

• Manage, prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Manage team, subordinates, labors and disseminate works in order to complete as per site plan.
• Manage, ensure that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents.
• Manage, ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Manage, implement and coordinate schedules and activities.

• College Graduate.
• With a minimum of (5) years of experience in railway constructions.
• With good leadership and managing skills, strong work ethics, familiar in budgeting and keen understanding of industry specific terminology, rules and regulations.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• Good communication skills and can comprehend both English and Korean writings.
