Construction Manager - Manila

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring they work efficiently and safely
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
