BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, marketing, or finance).
- MBA is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Business Development (real estate or commercial field preferred).
- Proven experience in business planning and market research.
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and recommend new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor scans to support business strategies.
- Analyze financial data to provide cost-saving and revenue-enhancing solutions.
- Track expenses, budgets, and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with executives to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Pitch ideas and proposals for potential projects and revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
