BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (SALES)
In this role, you will establish a strong and long-term relationship with all our customers to help in achieving our goal in becoming the most trusted online solutions provider.
Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed.- Applicants must have at least 1 year of sales experience
- Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Must be committed to working hard, have competitive spirit, and a solution provider.
- Must be able to build rapport and have strong customer service skills.
- Must be confident and can comprehend and interpret customer information.
- Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls from incoming emails and live chat.
- Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and doing data mining relevant to customer information.
- Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without any panic.
- Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.
