What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll identify opportunities, educate prospects, and drive deals that align with our software development offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings with decision-makers
  • Present tailored solutions based on client needs (e.g., web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms)
  • Collect and analyze sales data, complete weekly reports, and present results to the Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and project scopes
  • Negotiate terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while pro-actively participating and assisting in the management of all sales activities to ensure that all policies and procedures are always being followed.
  • Research and analyze the market's potential and track international trends.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelors of Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • 3-4 years experience Sales Specialist
  • Good communication skills: oral and written
  • With strong network abilities
  • Excellent customer service and has strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and professionalism, and the ability to work with a range of different people.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling custom software or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with technological tools like Slack, Google platforms, Zoom, as well as Sales and Marketing related software/apps
