Location: Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu
Shift: Overnight (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
Work Setup: On-site only – no work-from-home or remote option available

About the Role
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our overnight, in-office team. In this role, you will be focused on selling cloud phone and internet services to businesses in Canada. You’ll handle warm leads and inbound inquiries—closing sales when possible, or setting qualified appointments for an outside sales rep.
You’ll speak with business owners, managers, and accounting staff, helping them explore solutions to improve their communication and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Call warm leads and respond to inbound sales inquiries
- Sell cloud phone systems and high-speed internet services
- Set qualified appointments for the outside sales team when direct sales aren’t possible
- Record all activities and opportunities using the provided CRM tool (HubSpot)
- Follow a sales process based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Collaborate with outside reps to ensure smooth hand-off and follow-ups
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales or B2B appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking with managers, business owners, and accounting staff
- Telecom experience is a bonus
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an asset
- Must be willing to work on-site overnight (no remote or WFH option)
- Initial screening calls will begin early May
- On-site interviews will be conducted during the last two weeks of May
- Position starts June, 2025
