What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and challenges, and develop and implement tailored HR solutions
- Provide expert advice and solutions on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee relations
- Drive the design and delivery of impactful HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy and strengthen our company culture
- Lead the HR team in the execution of key HR processes and programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and employees, promoting best practices and driving employee engagement and retention
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with evolving HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure the company's HR policies and practices are compliant
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- More than 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions that drive business impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HR challenges
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and the use of HR technologies and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
