Job Overview:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll support HR and business operations by managing timesheets, resolving employee concerns, handling client escalations, and communicating contract details. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees to maintain a positive work environment and ensure policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accurate employee timesheets for payroll.
- Serve as the main contact for employee HR questions and concerns.
- Handle client escalations related to staffing or performance issues.
- Monitor contracts, notify employees of expirations, and manage extensions.
- Communicate project end notifications and next steps to employees.
- Partner with leadership on HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ HR experience with employee relations and timesheet management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and payroll systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leadership, employees, and clients.
- Experience with onboarding is a plus.
