HR Business Partner - Luxury Retail - Makati

Partner with managers on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Roll out global and regional HR initiatives and policies
  • Lead employee onboarding, engagement, and welfare programs
  • Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, and organizational charts
  • Liaise with store and office teams on HR and administrative matters
  • Coordinate office operations including insurance, supplies, IT equipment, and vendor management
  • Consolidate regional HR data and support business reviews and proposals
Support HR operations across two markets in a regional retail environmentBe part of a global luxury group with strong values and people-first culture
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or business partnering
  • Agile, independent, and results-oriented with a win-win mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for finding smarter ways of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in retail or regional HR scope is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday is an advantage
