We are urgently in need of Five (5) for WESTERN VISAYAS (BACOLOD & ILOILO) AND CENTRAL VISAYAS

PROJECT ENGINEER / INCHARGE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
• With PRC License
• With atleast 2- 3 years of field and project planning experience and experience in supervising interior fit-out projects or relevant construction projects is a plus
• Possessing a thorough understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations
• Excellent in Technical Report Writing
• Proficient in MS Office application and Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong Mathematical Skills and with good scholastic record
• Possess good leadership and management skills
• Familiarization in Line & Grade, General Construction
• Must exhibit a high level of professionalism in managing tasks and collaborating with colleagues
• Must be committed and understand that the DEADLINE IS DEADLINE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring that engineering projects are properly planned, timed, coordinated, and monitored.
• Supervise every aspect of an interior fit-out project from beginning to end.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure that project guidelines and deadlines are followed.
• Check for compliance with quality and safety standards on a regular basis.
• Provide innovative solutions to any technological challenges that may come up during the project.
• Communicates effectively with construction managers and team members
• Performing quality assurance responsibilities on budgets, timelines, plans, and personnel performance, as well as reporting on the project's progress.
• Assuring that the project adheres to all applicable codes, practices, rules, performance requirements, and specifications and achieves the company’s established standard.
