Monitor all site safety and legal requirements. Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives. Identify project phases and elements. Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements, and product design.
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Preferably with PRC license 6-10 years project related work experience;
- Good communicator, good presentation skills, thinking in details;
- Self-driven, team player, result oriented; and
- Proven working experience all scope of construction and technical aspect
