Is currently looking for:

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

Assignment Location: LEVEL 1, GONZALODO BUILDING, UPPER CASILI, CONSOLACION, CEBU

Requirements:

• BS Civil engineering
• 2-3 years proven experience as a project estimator or in a similar role for constructions.
• Knowledge in autocad and ms office
• Proficiency in estimation software
• Strong analytical and math skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Prepare variation orders in coordination with project engineers.
• Assist in preparing Bid documents.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure accuracy
• Maintain cost databases and estimation tools

Salary Rate: Ph 21,000.00- 23,000.00/ fixed monthly

Requirements:

• WITH COMPLETE BENEFITS: SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH. W/13TH MONTH
• FREE BUNKHOUSE, KURYENTE, UG TUBIG

REQUIREMENTS:

• BRGY. CLEARANCE
• POLICE CLEARANCE/NBI
• PSA/LIVE BIRTH
• ANY VALID ID
