As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise the performance of the Team Leads overseeing various parts of the direct fulfillment processes, including storage/put away of parcels, Pick and Pack (Relabel, Dispose & Bulk Reship). You will perform a variety of duties related to the daily report generation, packaging, order closeout and shipping of customer orders.

Main Duties

Coordinate with the fulfillment team leads to check inventory movements and support the day-to-day processing of customer requests and fulfillment processes.
Support the data tracking for all Fulfillment reports.
Ensure accurate and compliant inventory management for fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and cycle counts
Circulate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.
Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Work with the Fulfillment Manager in the escalating department needs to support the success of the day-to-day fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in any field
2-3 years cumulative work experience in warehousing and fulfillment.
Experience in warehouse management
Knowledgeable in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Presentation tools
Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog
Strong personality
People management skills
