HR / ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Work Locations: Mandaue City / Quezon City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, certificates, and reports
  • Coordinate payroll-related information with the Finance/Payroll team
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
  • Assist in employee engagement and training activities
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience is a plus
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
