Marketing Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic marketing and communications team at PTC Commercial Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our marketing initiatives and campaigns, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing skills within a growing commercial organisation whilst contributing meaningfully to our business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media
- Creating and editing marketing content such as promotional materials, social media posts, newsletters and web copy
- Managing social media accounts by posting updates, responding to enquiries and monitoring engagement metrics
- Conducting market research and gathering competitor intelligence to support strategic marketing decisions
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
- Maintaining marketing databases, tracking campaign performance and preparing regular reports on key metrics
- Supporting the organisation of marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and brand guidelines
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing marketing support as needed
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software or content management systems
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotional activities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also managing tasks independently
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience: Previous marketing, communications or administrative support experience in a commercial or corporate environment
- Preferred qualifications: Certification in digital marketing or social media management
