Job Summary:
Sales and Marketing Assistant leads in the development of annual brand plans for relevant market/s and manages the execution of agreed plans to drive business growth consistent with the international marketing cycle plan and global direction.Champions the execution of marketing cycle plans both centrally and locally led to local sales teams to deliver in-store excellence and drive business growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Master onsite consumer journey mastery. Identify key consumer touchpoints to drive more purchase.
- Assist on daily store performance management & tracking (GMV sales, Traffic, ATP check, content score, store rating)
- Manage product page & optimization – search rank, mobile-ready content, price check, keyword, and attributes tagging.
- Facilitate Promo and Campaign Execution Excellence – promo enrollment and activation, onsite placement audit.
- Manage store reviews and customer service escalation
- Manage Tools Adoption & AB Testing - Voucher, Free Shipping, Feed, SIS, Flexi Combo, and other platform tools.
- Create Business reports including daily sales and store performance tracker and campaign post-mortem.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
- Can adapt and learn new systems launches and is able to effectively utilize these systems
- Understands E-commerce, metrics, activations and tools. Knowledge in promo enrollment and product listing.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of initiative in all work activities.
- Possesses a strong command of basic Microsoft functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to use these tools effectively in a professional setting
- Possesses understanding of key business drivers and financial systems
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has the ability to manage and resolve conflicts
- Can handle high-pressure situations
- Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is solution-oriented
