Real Estate Marketing Assistant
Looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a licensed Real Estate Broker. Experience is a plus, but training will be provided. This is a flexible, task-based role, mostly work-from-home, with occasional meetings and property viewings.
Properties are mainly in Makati and BGC; applicants living nearby are preferred.
Qualifications- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and reliable
- Task-focused, flexible, and willing to learn
- People-oriented
- Post and manage property listings (FB, IG, Carousell, etc.)
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule and assist in unit viewings
- Assist with documents and basic customer service
- Probation (3 months): ₱8,000 + commission + transpo allowance
- Regular: ₱12,000 + commission + transpo allowance
- Health insurance after 1 year
