Job Summary:

The Sales Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role helps improve efficiency and allows sales representatives to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Assist in order processing, tracking, and follow-ups with clients
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to resolve issues
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in an administrative or sales support role is an advantage but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
