HIRING: REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

GLRA Realty is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Organize physical and digital files
  • Maintain property and client databases
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings
  • Answer phone calls and basic inquiries
  • Upload and update property listings
  • Assist with social media posting and basic Canva/CapCut tasks
  • Assist in organizing transaction documents
  • Perform occasional field work and document delivery when necessary
  • Field work assignments will be scheduled on an as-needed basis
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients via phone
  • Willing to use Google Sheets extensively
  • Willing to learn basic real estate documentation
  • Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Makati
  • Must reside within Metro Manila for reasonable commuting access
  • Willing to perform occasional field work
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
  • Own laptop
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Experience in administration or customer service
