Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across both our ecommerce operations and outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online growth, managing multi-channel campaigns, and developing strategic marketing programs that generate measurable results in competitive digital landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both ecommerce and outsourcing business verticals
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and affiliate programs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital campaigns
- Optimize product listings, category pages, and conversion funnels to maximize sales performance
- Manage marketplace marketing strategies across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and other relevant channels
- Implement advanced ecommerce tactics including abandoned cart recovery, upselling, and cross-selling campaigns
- Develop sophisticated lead generation strategies for outsourcing services targeting enterprise and mid-market clients
- Create compelling B2B content marketing programs including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership articles
- Manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value prospect segments
- Nurture leads through automated email sequences and personalized marketing touchpoints
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Manage organic social media presence and community engagement strategies
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on all digital marketing activities using advanced analytics tools
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and marketing assets to optimize performance
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members and coordinate with external agencies
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences
- Work with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
- Partner with IT and development teams on marketing technology implementation and optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background- Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in both ecommerce and B2B environments
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets of $500K+ annually with measurable ROI improvements
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and B2B lead generation tools
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Experience with CRM systems (Apollo io) and lead management processes
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and conversion optimization platforms
- Data-driven decision making with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinking combined with strategic planning abilities
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with international marketing campaigns and multi-language content strategies
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and advanced analytics implementation
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook or other relevant platforms
- Experience with marketplace advertising and Amazon PPC campaigns
