This pivotal role will oversee our digital presence, including social media and website content, and drive the success of our loyalty programs across all our venues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically within the fast-paced and creative hospitality industry, with experience in managing loyalty initiatives and leading creative digital output.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with CHG's overall marketing objectives for each venue (e.g., restaurants, accommodation, event spaces).
- Identify target audiences for each venue/brand and tailor content strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Plan and manage a multi-platform content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) that reflects the unique character of each CHG venue.
- Collaborate with venue managers, chefs, event coordinators, and front-of-house teams to capture authentic content.
- Manage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations.
- Utilize AI tools for content generation when appropriate, maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Oversee and manage the Graphic Designer, providing clear briefs, feedback, and ensuring creative output aligns with brand strategy and timelines.
- Work collaboratively to ensure visual assets for social media, websites, and loyalty programs are consistent and high-quality.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, messages, and reviews across all social media platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Foster a strong online community and build lasting relationships with followers.
- Identify and engage with local influencers, food bloggers, and media personalities.
- Manage and update the Central Hospitality Group website (www.thechgroup.com.au) and individual venue pages, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Apply basic SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates on menus, events, promotions, and availability.
- Monitor website performance and recommend user experience improvements.
- Oversee daily operations and performance of CHG's loyalty programs, including membership portals, rewards, and member communications.
- Plan and implement campaigns to increase member engagement and acquire new loyalty sign-ups.
- Analyse member data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with venue staff to ensure on-ground promotion and consistent execution.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) to support marketing goals such as bookings and event ticket sales.
- Manage ad budgets and run A/B tests on creatives and targeting strategies.
- Ensure all social content adheres to CHG’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Work closely with the External Marketing Consultant, venue managers, and other internal teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
- Support additional marketing activities as required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, event venues).
- Proven experience managing loyalty programs or strong knowledge of CRM and loyalty marketing.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, Squarespace, or similar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to give creative direction and manage design resources effectively.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later).
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns and managing ad budgets.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and the hospitality industry.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is highly regarded.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
