Digital Marketing Manager - Global FMCG

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and e-commerce growth through innovative digital strategies.
- Develop and orchestrate local digital strategy in alignment with global and regional digital roadmap (including social media, crisis management, CRM and eCommerce).
- Leads digital marketing analytics strategy and oversees the tracking, performance measurement and benchmarking (internal and external) to ensure achievement of brand purpose.
- Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to drive traffic and sales through digital channels.
- Support D2C initiatives and enhance the digital shelf presence on retailer platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer brands
- Proven track record in managing global or regional digital campaigns
- Understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice, and how to translate brand strategy into digital execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or agencies, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
