Server Application Handling - IT Specialist
Permanent and Direct Hire
Location: Paranaque (Hybrid)Shift: Shifting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for server infrastructure and business applications
- Manage and support Microsoft services: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL, PowerShell
- Maintain, monitor, and administer Windows server environments
- Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, middleware, and applications
- Support automation, system improvements, and project initiatives
- Perform daily server health checks and continuous environment monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal policies, and security standards
- Collaborate with teams on new solutions and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Experience in system/infrastructure/application support
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD DS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualization
- Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
- Microsoft and/or ITIL certification is an advantage
- Good communication skills; English proficiency (B2 or higher)
