Posted on 21 July 2026Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the Accounting team.
Review and approve accounting entries, journal vouchers, and supporting documents.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and other departments during audits and compliance activities.
Review payroll accounting, fixed assets, and inventory-related transactions, as applicable.
Monitor budgets and analyze financial variances.
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
- At least 2 or 3 years work experience as Accounting Supervisor, and previous employment in a Freight Forwarding Company is a plus
- Well versed in all phases of Accounting;
- Good in cost & expense analysis, planning & organizing ability, pro-active & result-oriented;
- Excellent Leadership & Analytical Skills, and keen to details.
- Flexible and willing to work long hours when necessary;
- Proficient in both Written and Oral English Language;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other AccountingSystems;
- Knowledge and exposure in ISO 9001:2015 Management System would be an advantage
