ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and financial transactions
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Prepare and review financial reports, schedules, and analysis
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed
Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls
Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of solid accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
CPA is an advantage but not required
