About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist - Learning Specialist, you will help deliver a smooth and positive experience for customers by handling inquiries, coordinating requests, and keeping tasks organized from start to finish.

You will work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure orders, deliveries, and after-sales requests are handled properly. This role also gives you exposure to different parts of the business, helping you build practical skills while learning how operations work.

What you'll be working on:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, updates, and feedback
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and after-sales requests
  • Handle warranty claims and communicate with suppliers
  • Work with internal teams on shipments and inventory concerns
  • Keep records accurate and up to date
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across channels
  • Support project preparation and coordination when needed
  • Track tasks and ensure follow-through

What we're looking for:

  • Open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates with up to 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or other related roles
  • Background in coaching, training, or leading others is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and simplify ideas clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset with a calm and thoughtful approach
  • Passion for developing others and contributing to team growth
