Business Development Specialist

• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Corporate Planning, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, or Strategy.
• Proven experience in conducting financial feasibility studies, business case development, and investment evaluations.
• Experience preparing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and profitability analyses for new business ventures.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or expansion opportunities.
• Background in real estate development, banking, investment firms, private equity, or corporate finance is highly preferred.
• Experience presenting investment proposals and strategic recommendations to executive management and the Board.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to assess investment opportunities and project profitability.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and translate findings into financially viable business opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, PivotTables, Power Query) and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong report writing and executive presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management and business planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, investment regulations, and corporate governance is an advantage.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. An MBA certification is an advantage.
