Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Strong background in email pitching and cold outreach, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages
- Experience setting sales appointments or discovery calls for senior sales leaders or founders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ability to follow defined sales processes while continuously improving outreach effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background, and existing network with the following industries is an advantage
- Game development and publishing (local and international)
- eCommerce and advertising
- WEB3/ NFT
- Familiarity with email automation, prospecting tools, and other necessary AI tools
- Experience coordinating with founders or senior sales executives
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong research skills to identify and target qualified prospects
- High attention to detail in maintaining lead data and CRM records
- Persistence and resilience in outbound sales environments
- Professional demeanor when communicating with executives and decision-makers
- Ability to handle objections and gatekeepers effectively during early-stage conversations
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Role Scope and Expectations:
- The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying leads up to the point of a scheduled meeting
- All deal negotiation and closing activities will be handled by the company founder/senior sales lead
- Success in this role will be measured by lead quality, appointment conversion rates, and consistency of pipeline generation
