Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong relationships with clients, and provide good service. The ideal candidate will combine good communication skills with a results-oriented mindset to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Promote and sell company products, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Reports directly to the Country Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate of any four year course.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
