Job Description

• Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize documentation.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and operational activities.
• Monitor logistic status and report stock discrepancies.
• Receive, process, and track customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery.
• Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Oversee and direct daily logistic process and procedures for forwarders, dispatch and delivery confirmation both Local and International Shipment like Fedex, LBC, etc.
• Negotiate contract for discounts for bulk orders.
• Schedule and coordinate transportation for goods.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
• Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
• Generate reports on logistics performance and inventory status.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree of any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral
• and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
• Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer Service skills
• At least 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions
• Possess strong customer service orientation.
• Flexible.
• Demonstrate sound work ethics.
