The Front Office Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising the Front desk operation and shall lead the team to perform all functions effectively.

Shall also be responsible for providing FOAs (Front Office Associates) with the necessary training and counseling to ensure that the team will always provide excellent customer service to all guests

Detailed Job Description:

  • Checks the expected occupancy, arrivals, and departures for the day
  • Ensures that all guest room requirements and requests are met
  • Ensures that FOAs handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately and that all information is inputted correctly on the guest profile in the system
  • Ensures payment policies are strictly followed, including correct credit card transactions and records.
  • Ensures that the FOA balances their transactions at the end of their shift and completes the immediate filing of all vouchers including those for night audits
  • Ensures that FOA follows the BWS telephone etiquette.
  • Shall attend to the guest's concerns and handles problems
  • Manages training and performance evaluation of the FOAs
  • Shall assist in the implementation of the Hotel's House Rules and Regulations, ensuring that these are adhered to at all times
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Duty Manager

To be successful in this role the candidate shall possess the following:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) and Tourism Management
  • Minimum of 1 year in the capacity of Front Office Supervisor
  • Knowledgeable in handling operations, Customer Service Management, and Performance Evaluation Management
