Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

1. Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner
2. Answering incoming calls and emails, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism
3. Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar
4. Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
5. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
6. Providing administrative support as needed
7. Upholding the company's high standards of customer service

1. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality or beauty/spa industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficient in using standard office software and point-of-sale systems
5. A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
6. Fluency in English and the local language
