Responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all members and guests. The role serves as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, applications, and overall customer service within the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all members and guests warmly upon arrival
  • Assist clients with membership applications and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and facilities
  • Handle front desk operations, including calls, messages, and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience at all times

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is an advantage
  • Background in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
