Filinvest Land Inc., a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated Broker Sales Manager to join our team in Iloilo City!
This is a key role focused on expanding our reach and driving sales through effective collaboration with real estate brokers. You will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships, implementing strategies to maximize broker performance, and contributing significantly to our sales success in the vibrant Iloilo market.
We are looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented leader who will: Recruit and Accredit brokers/realty/agents in the assigned territory
Conduct Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS), Site Tours & Realty visitsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of real estate brokers in Iloilo.
Implement strategies to drive sales through the broker network.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through the broker channel.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Must have an experience in real estate sales or as Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer
Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
