Responsibilities: Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants, throughout the contract

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4-year course- with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
