As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead client acquisition initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, oversee account management activities, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization.
Position Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing client acquisition, account management, compliance coordination, and business development activities. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring contract renewals and service continuity, securing new business opportunities, and supporting the delivery of environmental compliance solutions.
The position also plays a strategic role in expanding Hazcare's environmental services portfolio, including compliance support programs, regulatory training initiatives, and long-term client partnership development.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management- Manage and maintain existing corporate accounts and generator clients.
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual commitments and service deliverables.
- Monitor client retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and relationship management activities.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within Iloilo, Bacolod, and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Promote environmental compliance and hazardous waste management services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Contribute to achieving sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Monitor client compliance requirements, including permits, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Database, and Compliance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensure proper monitoring of permit validity, contract renewals, and compliance schedules.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate Sales
- Business Development
- Key Account Management
- B2B Sales or Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional business relationships.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
