About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Engineer to support business growth for water and wastewater treatment projects through technical-commercial coordination, client engagement, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities- Support business development and infrastructure opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams on technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and opportunity tracking.
- Support commercial systems and business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary, Chemical, Environmental, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering is preferred.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- PRC License (Engineering graduates) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment systems.
- Experience in technical proposals, tenders, or commercial documentation.
- Training in sales, business development, or negotiation is a plus.
- Results-driven and accountable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
