- Conduct initial interviews and candidate profiling
- Coordinate interview schedules and hiring activities
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processing
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Skilled in sourcing and candidate management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling volume hiring is preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
