Recruitment specialist

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of roles
• Screen and assess applications to identify the best-fit candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit
• Conduct thorough interviews, evaluations and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the requirements
• Liaise with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively source candidates
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices

• Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in a range of industries and job functions
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or a related field
