  • Preparing PEZA documents for deliveries and received items.
  • Updating of LOA Ledger and PEZA Form Monitoring.
  • Inspecting deliveries: Check of incoming and out-going goods, verify counts, and match against purchase orders/delivery documents.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Monitor and update inventory records
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Candidate must be a graduate in bachelor's degree of Bus. Admin or any similar field / Vocational Diploma
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point)
  • Keen to details with good organizational skills,
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are welcome
  • Willing to learn and start immediately
  • Open to assignment in LIMA Batangas
  • Two (2) Full Time positions available.
