Area Sales Manager – CALABARZON / NCR
We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, grow market presence, and drive revenue in CALABARZON or NCR. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing sales team, implement strategic growth plans, and make a tangible impact in the LPG industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives for peak performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Provide training and support to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in sales management, ideally in LPG or energy products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze markets and develop actionable plans.
- Results-oriented and focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned area.
