Area Sales Manager (Mindanao)

Mit-Air, Inc. - The exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioners - is looking for Area Sales Manager for Mindanao Region. Here's what you will be doing:

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Set sales targets for the assigned area
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, revenue, and distribution
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
• Handle major accounts and negotiate contracts when necessary
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee operations within the Mindanao region.
• Ensure proper product distribution and availability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Present performance updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth
• Launch new products in the assigned territory
• Expand distribution networks and partnerships
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, and equivalent.
• Experience of 5 years in sales and/or business management with strong focus in driving sales team.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• With good track record of in closing sales.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
• Familiarity with areas of Mindanao region.
