Job Summary:
The Junior Account Officer (E-commerce Sales Officer) is responsible for supporting sales growth, campaign execution, product listing optimization, and daily account operations across assigned e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on accurate execution, proactive coordination, teamwork, and maintaining strong account health while meeting defined sales and operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales Performance
- Support the achievement of assigned sales revenue targets per platform
- Assist in executing sales initiatives to improve traffic, conversion, and average order value
- Monitor sales performance and highlight opportunities or risks to the Senior Account Officer
- Contribute ideas and actions to drive sales during campaigns and peak periods
- Campaign Participation & Platform Mastery
- Join, nominate, and manage product participation in all relevant platform campaigns
- Ensure accurate promotion setup including pricing, discounts, mechanics, and campaign duration
- Proactively coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to negotiate and secure better programs
- Maximize the use of platform tools and promotional features such as vouchers, bundles, and flash sales
- Continuously build mastery of assigned e-commerce platforms and their tools
- Product Listing Optimization & Store Look Management
- Set up, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings
- Ensure accuracy of product information including name, description, pricing, category, and attributes
- Maintain strong visual presentation through product images, banners, categories, and store layout
- Support JST product management and timely updates of product listings
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve listing quality and store appearance
- Teamwork & Communication
- Build positive and professional working relationships with teammates, cross-functional teams, and KAMs
- Demonstrate strong work attitude, accountability, and productivity
- Communicate updates, issues, and action items clearly and promptly
- Actively participate in skills sharing and knowledge transfer within the team
- Account Health & Operational Fulfillment
- Assist in maintaining good account health in compliance with platform policies
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor shop ratings, cancellations, penalties, and customer feedback
- Escalate operational issues promptly to prevent service or performance issues
- Reports Management
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including but not limited to:
- Daily sales reports
- Returns and refunds
- Deposit forms
- Problem orders
- Email and platform-related reports
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all reports submitted
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, online sales, or account management
- Familiarity with Affiliate Management is an advantage
- Preferably can start ASAP.
- Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic analytical and reporting skills
- Organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
