Data Product Specialist for eCommerce | Power Query & VBA

Job Description

This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

Specific position: eCommerce Product Content Specialist

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to work on a NIGHT shift schedule
• Amenable to work on a Hybrid Set-up in Ortigas, Pasig- no details about no. of onsite days but possible 3 days onsite/week (for reverification)
• At least 2 years experience in eCommerce or product data management
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Query, VBA, and advanced Excel
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in web scraping and data extraction (manual and automated)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Power Automate, Python, or VBA)
• Familiarity with AI tools for data cleaning and content generation
• Understanding of SEO principles for eCommerce listings
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Jira for task management
• Proven experience handling large datasets (50,000+ rows) and basic scripting
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
