About the role
Centro Supersales Inc. is seeking an experienced Auditor, Account Payable Non Trade to join our dynamic team in Maramag, Bukidnon. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
What you'll be doing- Performing thorough audits of non-trade accounts payable transactions to verify accuracy, compliance and proper authorisation
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in account payable records
- Implementing and monitoring internal controls to prevent and detect errors or fraudulent activities
- Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborating with the Accounts Payable team to enhance efficiency and accuracy of record-keeping
- Ensuring all non-trade accounts payable activities adhere to company policies and applicable accounting standards
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable auditing or a related financial control role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and audit procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
