About the role
Centro Supersales Inc.' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor Account Payable Trade to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our accounts payable processes.Based in Maramag, Bukidnon, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits and providing valuable insights to optimise our financial operations.
What you'll be doing- Performing comprehensive audits of accounts payable transactions to verify the accuracy of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation
- Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities in the accounts payable processes
- Providing detailed reports and recommendations to the finance team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of accounts payable processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing accounts payable procedures
- Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable operations
- Mentoring and training junior members of the accounts payable team
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable auditing or a related financial role
- Proven expertise in conducting thorough audits and identifying areas for improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pinpoint and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Proficient in using accounting software and other financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
