Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation is seeking a talented Controler Division to join our dynamic team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As a Controler Division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic management of our sales division.This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success within the Sales Management industry.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the sales division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve the division's performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals within the sales division
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making process of the organisation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Controler Division or finance management role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales management best practices and industry trends
