MIS Staff

About the role

Join Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation' as an MIS Staff and contribute to the smooth operation of our information and communication technology systems. This full-time position is based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, and will see you playing a key role in supporting the company's overall objectives.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the company's computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users in a timely manner
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT assets
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
• Document IT processes and procedures to maintain efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh Graduate Are welcome to apply
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address IT-related problems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with users and stakeholders
• Familiarity with network administration, server management, and data backup/recovery
